Advertising & Rewarded Ads

The free arcade may be supported by advertising. This page explains how advertising is presented.

Standard placements

Standard advertising is restricted to designated header/banner, footer and desktop side positions. These placements are designed to remain outside the active gameplay canvas and are visually labelled as advertising or sponsored content.

Rewarded video

Where the site has been approved for a supported rewarded-ad programme, a game may offer an optional video in exchange for a clearly described in-game benefit such as a resupply, health recovery or extra opportunity. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not prevent normal gameplay.

No disguised ads

Advertising must not be presented as a game control, system warning, download button or other misleading interface element. The arcade theme may frame an ad slot, but it does not modify the advertiser's creative.

Consent and personalisation

Where consent is required for advertising cookies or personalisation, those technologies should remain disabled until the user has made the relevant consent choice. Users should be able to change non-essential consent choices later.

Third-party responsibility

Advertisers and ad networks are responsible for the content they serve under their own terms and policies. The site owner remains responsible for selecting providers and configuring placements in accordance with applicable platform rules and law.
