Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 September 2026
These terms govern access to and use of 4qwebexclusivearcade, including the browser games Survive The Monster Horde — Web Edition, Shadow Circuit, Starforge Squadron and Chrono Dash, player accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, advertising and optional rewarded-ad features. By using the arcade you agree to these terms.
1. Operator and contact
The arcade is operated by the owner of 4qwebexclusivearcade. Questions about these terms can be sent to chris.saunders14@icloud.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. The operator may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, cheating, abuse, security attacks or other material breaches of these terms.
3. Game access
All four arcade games are free to play and may be supported by advertising displayed by the website theme. Features, balancing, levels and technical requirements may change to improve reliability, security or gameplay. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
4. Free access
All four games are free to play. No Premium membership or gameplay paywall is required.
5. Advertising and rewards
Free play may include clearly identified banner/header, footer and responsive side advertising supplied by the website theme. Optional rewarded-video advertising may be offered for an in-game benefit. A rewarded ad is voluntary: declining it must not prevent ordinary gameplay. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies only where permitted by applicable consent choices and law. See the Advertising & Rewarded Ads and Cookies & Tracker Policy pages.
6. Fair play
Do not manipulate scores, saves, requests, game code or network traffic to obtain an unfair advantage; automate play or submissions; exploit security vulnerabilities; interfere with other players; or attempt to access restricted systems. Scores that fail integrity checks may be rejected or removed.
7. Intellectual property
The arcade software, branding, original game code, artwork and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services, fonts, advertising and payment technology remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal gameplay only.
8. User content and saved data
Game saves, scores and profile information may be stored to provide the service. You retain any rights you already have in information you submit. You grant the operator the limited rights necessary to host, process and display that information to run the arcade, including leaderboards where enabled.
9. Safety and game content
Some games contain stylised combat, monsters, explosions, flashing effects or fast movement. Use the available quality, reduced-motion and other device settings where appropriate. Stop playing if visual effects or motion cause discomfort.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the service is provided for entertainment and the operator is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by events outside reasonable control, or business losses arising from personal use of the arcade.
11. Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious misuse or repeated breach of these terms.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service, law or business model changes. Material changes should be brought to users' attention where reasonably practicable. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the site operator and do not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
